As you cross the boarder into the North West Territories from Alberta, continue on the MacKenzie Highway (HWY #1) for 186 kilometers.

Turn right onto the Yellowknife Highway (HWY #3) and follow the Yellowknife Highway for 25 kilometers to the MacKenzie Ferry (Ice Bridge used during winter months). Continue on the Yellowknife Highway (HWY #3) until you reach the city of Yellowknife, approximately 313 kilometers.

As you enter the city and pass the Yellowknife Airport, turn right onto Highway #4 for 2 kilometers. Turn right on 50th Avenue for 1 block and then turn left onto 49th Street to the Yellowknife Inn.

As you leave the airport terminal, turn right onto Yellowknife Highway (HWY #3) for 2 kilometers. Turn right onto Highway #4 for 2 kilometers. Turn right on 50th Avenue for 1 block and then turn left onto 49th Street to the Yellowknife Inn.
